Florida UFSD I – III

Triton services included pre-construction and construction operations oversight throughout the construction phase.

Triton’s first project involved extensive infrastructure, windows replacement, and interiors work at the existing S.S. Seward Institute (combined Middle School and High School) and Golden Hill Elementary School. Work included renovating and updating interior classrooms, roofing, and asbestos removal.

Triton’s second project for Florida UFSD included: gym floor restoration, HVAC mechanical upgrades, and new millwork and countertop installations at both Seward Institute and Gold Hill Elementary. Work at Seward Institute (MS/HS) included: asbestos abatement, new generator and switchgear, 3 fully renovated and equipped science laboratories, new elevator and basement sump pump installations, and full gut and remodel of 6 gang bathrooms. Sitework, Gym PA System, new automatic folding partitions, as well as a new playground and drainage system were completed at Golden Hill Elementary.

Triton’s third project includes various infrastructure projects throughout the school district, including sports field upgrades, fire alarm upgrades, window and boiler replacements, and library upgrades at their high school.
